I've recently seen her in the movie "The Lake House" with the "Matrix" trilogy star Keanu Reeves. It was a reunion movie after "Speed" which launched both actors to Hollywood stardom. Sandra is Hollywood's girl-next-door, stealing the crown from Meg Ryan as a reigning supreme.
Standing at 5' 7 1/2", Sandra Annette Bullock was born in the suburbs of Washington D.C. to a German opera teacher and singing coach parents. She then continued to pursue her passion in acting and singing which then led her to star in a TV show. Like many humble beginnings, she struggled through her career as an actress. Even when starring opposite Sylvester Stallone in the movie "Demolition Man", fame didn't instantly lure her path. It was in a blockbuster hit "Speed" that she garnered popularity along with hefty talent fees and various movie deals.
Sandra Bullock's charm to movie goers come from a slack package that is easy going and affable. She's not voluptuous, exotic, nor excitingly beautiful but nonetheless she is true and sincere talent dedicated to her craft. She is also among the highest-paid in Hollywood today.
I love her in comic roles. She definitely knows when to hit that punchline. She's alluring without having to be glitzy and whimsical like other Hollywood babes. That's what I love about her. The Sunny Sandra brightens up for the silverscreen.
